EMS Financial Advisory was founded in 2008 by Ted Sachs, a multi-faceted corporate finance and business plan expert. Through EMS Financial Advisory, Ted drives supportable, executable concepts and principles for his clients, who are across most SIC codes, down through general ledger operations so that operations, finance, and accounting work together. In other words, Ted unites market research, finance, and accounting to enhance corporate earnings and cash flow.

By the way, Ted's career achievements to date include that he has funded over $1B that has earned millions in fees while losing only $300k total during his banking years, which started with Sanwa Business Credit that’s now part of Bank of America, through Franklin Capital, a commercial finance company for smaller public and private firms.
Academically, Ted's MBA in Finance is from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his BS is in Economics from Wharton. Ted is also an active Illinois CPA.
