• Since 2011, appointed Director of Budgets and Partnering for Eddie Sachs, Jr. Racing, an upper tier professional racing league of very high performance open wheel race cars that is a legacy of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Target and strategize, then initially solicit sponsorship opportunities. Follow with planning or presentations, sponsor
relationship management, and business plans and budgets drafts.
- Established start-up accounting controls and secondary marketing consulting services with motorsports participants.
- Created a virtual advisory board to multiply the business, mechanical, and engineering capabilities of the team, who has more than 140 years of accumulated experience.
• Since 2010, employed on contract work for BMO Harris Bank conducting independent confirmation of repayment capabilities for a number of their clients, including a business plan review, income statement compilation, and cash tracing for a gasoline retailer with a $1.25M mortgage and a business plan review for a $20M annual sales machine shop with $8M of working capital, equipment, and mortgage loans.
• In 2010, employed as a sub-contractor for a loan recovery provider to PNC Bank accelerating collections, reducing
over-aged account balances, conducting shipping tests, and monitoring ledger daily invoicing and collection activities for the loan recovery from a $8M high end wood veneer milling company.
• In 2008 – 2009, assisted in the loan recovery operations for a $10M high end door and entranceway manufacturer, a
$12M office furniture manufacturer, and a $10M Chevrolet dealership.
• In 2008 - 2009, provided credit and operational advice for a small commercial factoring firm; acted as CFO advisory for a $10M trucking company; conducted a turnaround for a $4M food cleaning chemical manufacturer; and created a sophisticated private placement department for a regional bank.
